For the past fourteen years, “Real Time with Bill Maher” has combined Maher’s unflinching honesty and big laughs and featured many well-known guests, including President Barack Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, Kerry Washington, Michael Steele, Howard Dean, Michael Moore, Eva Longoria, Drew Barrymore and more.

Politically Incorrect’s Greatest Hits,” “When You Ride Alone, You Ride with Bin Laden,” “New Rules: Polite Musings from a Timid Observer,” and most recently, “The New New Rules: A Funny Look at How Everybody But Me Has Their Head Up Their Ass.”
Maher’s true passion is stand-up comedy, which he began in 1979 and helped launch his notable career. Along with his weekly television show, he still performs at least 50 shows a year in Las Vegas and in sold-out theaters across the country. Four of his 10 stand-up specials for HBO have been nominated for Emmys, including “Bill Maher: Live from D.C.” in 2014, “I’m Swiss” in 2005, “The Decider” in 2007 and “Bill Maher…But I’m Not Wrong.”
