WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – TooJay’s, the restaurant known for its generous servings of homemade, New York deli favorites is introducing three seasonally-inspired dishes featuring turkey and cranberry, the traditional flavors of fall, from now through Sunday, December 31: 

· Turkey Cranberry Griller

The flavors of the season come together on grilled whole wheat bread topped with Swiss cheese, sliced turkey, cranberry sauce, fresh herbs, arugula, savory cornbread stuffing and a touch of turkey gravy in TooJay’s new Turkey Cranberry Griller, served with mashed potatoes and gravy. $10.99

· Hush Stuffies

Enjoy a creative twist on an American favorite with TooJay’s new, flavorful cornbread stuffing nuggets, lightly fried until golden brown and served with a delicious turkey gravy and cranberry sauce. $5.99

· Turkey Cranberry Salad

For guests who prefer lighter fare, the new Turkey Cranberry Salad features fresh mixed greens topped with turkey, toasted almonds, cranraisins, Gorgonzola crumbles, cucumbers, tomatoes and black olives tossed in TooJay’s raspberry vinaigrette. $10.99

Guests are invited to pair any of these delectable dishes with seasonal Butternut Squash soup, also available through December 31. Guests are welcome to check their local TooJay’s for available days. $4.29 per cup and $5.29 per bowl
