Five Favorite Instagram Spots Around Navarre Beach, FL
Here’s a quick list of recommended activities and Instagram spots for those taking their Spring Break along the Florida Panhandle in ever so family-friendly Navarre Beach:
The Navarre Beach Fishing Pier, the longest on the Gulf Coast. Cast your fishing line and reel in a catch, no matter how big the fish, family smiles will definitely dwarf it!
Take advantage of one of the many Navarre Beach “Borrow Bins” where your crew can grab a boogie board, pail ‘n shovel, noodle, frisbee and other beach toys left by previous beachgoers for free use by visiting families. Snap and post the fun all day.
Go shell seeking on the vast and very empty 8-mile beach of the Gulf Islands National Seashore. Say “cheese” around sunset for a spectacular background sky shot through with pink, purple, orange and blue hues.
Got a waterproof camera? Take it on a family snorkeling expedition. Navarre Beach Marine Sanctuary and Artificial Reefs contain three engineered reef systems. And you don’t need to be an experienced diver to enjoy viewing the underwater life that’s drawn to these reefs close to shore! Colorful fish, octopus, sea urchins and sea turtles just might photo bomb you.
Head inland to the Blackwater State Forest and capture great digital memories as you tube along a lazy river. Nearby there’s also zip lining, canoeing, kayaking, and glamping at Adventures Unlimited Outdoor Center.
Located between Pensacola and Destin/Fort Walton Beach, Florida's Most Relaxing Place — whose communities include Navarre Beach, Gulf Breeze, historic Milton — is an easy drive from most anywhere in the Southeast. Santa Rosa County features Florida’s most relaxing beaches that have soft, pearl white sand and emerald waves, breathtaking sunsets and inland waterway adventures to savor at an unrushed pace in a laid-back atmosphere. Pensacola International Airport is just 30 miles away with air service provided by American, Delta, United, US Airways and Southwest, while Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport is 25 miles away and is serviced by Allegiant Airlines, American and Delta.
