November 15, 2016 Bronx, New York – There’s a reason that savvy New Yorkers refer to The New York Botanical Garden (NYBG) as their secret garden. One of the greatest botanical gardens in the world, NYBG is a sanctuary that lies just 20 minutes from midtown Manhattan. NYBG is not only an extraordinary garden, but a treasured cultural institution that ranks with the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Museum of Modern Art as an essential part of New York City’s cultural landscape. With an increasing number of visitors looking beyond Manhattan for authentic experiences, this extraordinary 250-acre National Historic Landmark has jumped to the top of their cultural agendas.
