ORLANDO, Fla. (Dec. 22, 2017) – Celebrate interactive technology’s role in how we live, learn, work and play during Otronicon, Orlando’s interactive technology expo! Forthe 13th consecutive year, Orlando Science Center invites you to interact with industry leaders and learn about STEM careers; experience the future of games and design; see the latest in medical and military technologies; see displays and demonstrations featuring drones, check out workshops and panels led by industry pros, and much more.
Featuring multiple industry partners including Lockheed Martin, Walt Disney World Resort, Florida Hospital for Children, University of Central Florida, and others,Otronicon is the Science Center’s largest annual event, hosting more than 15,000 visitors last year.
In the Science Center’s exhibit halls, you can experience the latest innovations in augmented, virtual, and mixed reality, allowing you to experience what it’s like to fly a plane on a mission, perform surgery, ride a roller coaster and more. Plus, presentations and workshops will allow you to interact with real-world professionals and learn the tricks of the trade as you practice valuable STEM skills.

Admission to Otronicon is free for OSC members, $20.95 for adults, $18.95 for seniors and students, and $14.95 for youth (ages 3-11). Tickets will be available online January 1, 2018, allowing guests to save time upon entry to the event.
Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Science Night Live, a 21-and-up event, will be from 8:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday, January 13 and will require a separate ticket.
