LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. (September 14 , 2017) — Paddlefish, the iconic Disney Springs restaurant located aboard a luxurious steamboat, is inviting guests on board for its first-ever, “Rooftop Cocktails and Cooking 101” class. The class will be hosted next month on Saturday, September 30 at 2 p.m. on Paddlefish’s rooftop deck which offers an unprecedented view of Lake Buena Vista and Disney Springs.
During the two-hour-long class, guests will get to sample and learn how to make high-quality cocktails using ingredients they have at home as well how to pair wines for their next dinner or party. After that, Executive Chef Steve Richard will demonstrate how to make Paddlefish’s fan-favorite Lobster Guacamole.
